Thank you for going above and beyond for my family during our stay. Going on vacation with a special needs child that has severe food allergies and an allergy to polyester seems like the impossible. But you all went above our expectation to make sure we had a great time! Thank you for everything we will definitely be back.
We always stay at Hyatts because they are always wonderful but this one was horrible in all aspects. Our room to begin would not cool down even when the air conditioning ran all day and night, our tv was nothing but fuzz and 3 lights in the room didn't work. After speaking to management they moved us. The second room was so much better. The food at SWIM was absolutely horrible and came out cold. Everything was overpriced and low quality. Rooms were nice. Staff was amazing and very friendly. I loved the cabanas at night with the fire pit. The Mac and Cheese from In Room Dining was delicious. Will be back again next time I'm in San Diego.
People are so nice. They are so friendly. All the stuff amazingly awesome. We enjoyed our stay here and we amazingly enjoy our wedding anniversary. Thank you so much and looking forward to come back here to celebrate again for our next and more years wedding anniversary.
I enjoyed my stay and I was very pleased with the accommodations.
My mom and I just had a 9 nights stay at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina and we had a blast. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the complex is ridiculously beautiful with those gardens and pools. We don't regret our choice for a second and will certainly go back there. There's one thing that we could though suggest: it would be nice to have simple menus at the Red Marlin for dinner such as bolognese spaghetti or stuff like that. I am a hyatt club member decided to use my points for a room at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Resort and Spa...Truly disappointed that this hotel has a Regency designation. Though the lobby is nice the rooms specially mine was truly a 2 or star best western style .. old with a minor upgrade. Our , front office staff doesn't go out of there way to help. I ask for extra pillows for my wife who is expecting and was told we are limited to two pillow when I asked for three. The room we originally checked into was not cleaned had ... read more
