Love this place. Dream come true for kids. Water slides, pools, jacuzzis, right by the ocean. Awesome.
The staff is not friendly and responsive to any requests in timely manner. The club lounge is too small and food variety is very bad. The worst Hyatt that I have ever stayed in entire world.

Thanks for an AMAZING get-away! The kids LOVED the pools and slides!! The food was wonderful. EVERYONE was so friendly and NICE! Your staff made everything easy! The staff around the pool, lifeguards and "check-in" area were great! From beginning to end, perfect. THANK YOU! We will be back!

This was the Worst customer service I had in my life! I booked 13 nights for my wedding and there was confusion since the beginning of my arrival. The front manager was rude and helpless. He had the worst attitude and he never apologized for his mistakes. I am Never going back.
