Just seen what happened to Brooke's hair & after seeing it I'd let my dog do my hair before coming there.
Give that girl a refund and plus some! Rude and unprofessional, ill be sure to never go or refer someone there!
The way you left this poor girls hair is awful. Your response to her post was uncalled for. Do not go to this place, I never will. There is no reason for someone to speak to a customer like that. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Do not go here, highly don't recommend it .
