I saw a Facebook post that was shared several times on my newsfeed, of a girl who had just recently gotten a hair service of cut and coloring from this salon. By far the absolute worst coloring and style job I have ever seen, and to pay over $200 for that is absurd. A full refund should have been issued to this girl. You have not only fried and damaged her hair, but I'm sure has damaged her confidence as well. Awful!! So glad I have a hair stylist I love!
You people are extremely rude and won't take fault for your actions.
Not only do they need to hire new stylists, they also need to hire someone to teach them how to act professional on their social media.

I've never been here, nor will I ever after seeing the choppy haircut you gave to the one young lady! You all should feel embarrassed and ashamed to have done her that way! You should refund her money, and then some! Such a shame! Bless her heart! Give her her money back!!!!
