I've been going to The House of Beauty for years and have never had a thing to complain about. I have a standing appointment every two weeks and am booked a year ahead. Doesn't sound like a business that doesn't know what they are doing to me!

Wow! That was a terrible business move. I'm in Fleming and I'm sharing. You may feel you have the clientele to not care less about not getting new customers because you feel your regulars will remain loyal but it'll get ya.. The karma this will bring may shut your doors which may be your wanted outcome anyway..bankruptcy and retire. As for the hairdresser, hmmm...don't have any nice words.
