Over priced and very unprofessional! Management is extremely rude. She views clients as a number not a person. This place only see's dollar signs. I'll never go back! I feel so bad for Brooke who also got taken by this house of chop shop horrors!! Make this right for her and do right by everyone who has the guts to walk through your doors. I really hope this causes your business to flop.
Can't believe how unprofessional and rude you were to a client that pays for your business!! Absolutely ridiculous that Brooke was to talked in this manner, and the fact that you're basically calling her a liar and won't refund her money for such a sh** job you did, is appalling!! I hope to God you one day experience such a trashy place so you know how it feels. Grow up!!
