I own my own shop in NE, and went to school for a long time to do! I am completely disgusted by the way you left that poor girls hair! You're hair dressers obviously DO NOT know what they are doing, and you as a company should fix the error! You never let a customer leave unhappy! Should be ashamed of that cut and the price! Never had a bad experience at this salon. I don't understand why so many ppl have taken the word of 1 and ran with it to be the gossipal. If you yourself have had a bad experience .. then you have the right to post and rate your experience. Unless you haven't then you don't have an opinion.
