I've never been to your salon but reading the horror story of Brooke's hair and you guy's made no attempt to make it right is appalling! I would NEVER come to your salon now... You need to make it right and refund her money so she can get something done by another salon where they actually know what they're doing... If you don't make it right I hope she sues you, and if nothing comes of it besides some bad review's I hope karma bites you in the ass!! Do the right thing...
Really upset that I had to give even 1 star to yall's house of shit. That is ridiculous! Y'all need to refund her money so she can go somewhere who knows how to cut hair. Poor thing is gonna have to have a pixie cut after what your employee did to her. Wnd the fact that you responded to her on Facebook like that blaming her is utterly absurd!! Y'all need to be shut down. Which is probably what's going to happen cause I'm looking at these reviews from this viral post and it's not looking to go for your business �
My 5 year old could have done a better job on the Brooke girls hair than whoever did hers. & for you to have the nerve to make her pay for that? GREED. Only thing you would have gotten from me is a big ol screw you. SMH. Refund her money.
