My wife bought glasses at Visionworks in September and they cost $510. I went there about 1 month later to purchase my glasses and although the frames I picked less than my wifes, the salesperson said the cost would be $859. When we asked why there was such a price difference the salesperson tried to say that the options I chose added to the cost. Bad Scheduling System @ Kentlands, MD My appointment was made last year right after my visit. I received a text message to confirm my appointment two weeks before the appointment date, and I replied 'Y' to confirm right away. I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment and found out it was canceled. No apology, no explanation, and no reschedule. They offered to squeeze me into the full booked schedule, but no guarantee on the wait time. Had to leave since I could not wait around.

I cannot get thru to a live person at Visionworks via my local store number or the 800 number. I've been trying for days. Neither of the two options offered on their website is what I need. Both the local and 800 numbers give the same recordings, which first say that an associate will be with me shortly. Then it provides a menu of choices, none of which offer what I need or allow me to reach a live person or even to leave a message. The menu message just loops over and over again. This business does not answer their phone. It is impossible to get in contact with them. They billed our insurance for my son's glasses and we still do not have his glasses. I have not been able to speak to anyone after countless hours over the past week on hold. They have not answered the live chat or my email.

Hello, My mother whom is 80 years old went with her insurance to Visionworks on East Washington St. Indianapolis location. She purchased a pair of glasses and they gave her a headache. The representative advised her the measurements for her bifocal was not correct and they would correct the problem She pick them up, After wearing a week, she said that she couldn’t see out of them very well and her eyes wear feeling extremely dry. Made appointment for eye exam for 8/13 @3:40. 8 arrived early and associate told me they can't do my exam. But he would be glad to sell me glasses. Very unprofessional since I needed exam before glasses. I will not give this company my business again.

This company is absolutely on equipped to answer phone calls messages emails or any type of communication I have spent three days on hold and waiting for emails and messages back they are pathetic and should no longer be in business

I guess customer service is behind us now a days. From the rude manager Cole and the nasty attitude Latanya who seems to be bothered because I ask questions; is not acceptable. I will continue to give my business to LensCrafters after this poor service me and my family received.

I ordered glasses at this store for the first time on 6/18/20. I have been waiting to receive notification that our glasses are in. It has been a month now so I called the store and told the manager that I have been waiting for notification and asked if my glasses were in.
