Bought a pair of glasses 2 years ago (in 2017). Before a year was up, the bottom of the glass became frosty on both lenses. They were completely replaced, no charge, but not without protest. No warranty unless you PAY for it? Any local optician would do that! They won’t even adjust the frames unless you specifically ask for it. Any local optician would do that! I ordered 3 boxes (3 month supply) of contact lens for my son May of 2019 from Visionworks online service. Contact lens did not fit at all. It made my son's eye blood red and he told me it was very painful. I thought may be the pair he was using was defective. So I told him to try another pair. Still the same result. I called the Visionworks and told them that contact lens was not fitting well and would like to return them. They are very disorganized & don’t train employees well! Beware of the buy one get one deal, I paid more for my glasses here than anywhere else!!! no one really knows the rules & they are definitely not willing to work with you, they would rather lose customers. Go somewhere else!! It’s not really a deal!! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Went in to get son's prescription so we could order contacts and were told that he needed an appointment to get the correct contacts. We made an appointment and when we showed up they said there was no availability and we would need to make another appointment.

I went her because my insurance changed. I wanted new sunglasses and lenses for my current glasses with my new prescription. I picked out the sunglasses and they came in within a few days. I could not see. AT ALL through them. A different employee than the one who originally measured my eyes said the first girl measured my progressive spot wrong. She remeasured them and reordered the lenses. The second time I got them I still couldn’t see. A different employee told me to take them home and try to get used to them. I did and ... read more

General motors a contract with them so we have to go to them unless we want to pay out of pocket. A few years ago when I went to them and when I want to pick up my glasses I couldn’t see ya for them. So the woman took them and clean them and she asked me to put them back on and she said can you click see any better so I said no and she took him back and she clean them again and she gave them back and she says can you see any better and I looked at her and I said are you trying to insult me? I writing you because my store experience was horrible. I bypass a lot of Visionworks to come to this store because of the great experience that I had before prior to this experience. My issues was after the long wait I had after my exam to get service because lack of staffing .My other problems came after I received my initial pair of glasses that I fell in love with I pick them up wasn’t fitted correctly into them making me have constant problems with then falling off . I purchased prescription glasses from vision works in March of 2017. Was diagnosed with blood cancer in the summer of 2017. I'm not able to go into stores to shop, so it is very difficult for me to go in and take care of needs like glasses etc. It occurred to me on December 31st that I had to get glasses before 2019. I called the store closest to my home and she informed me that I had been there in March 2018. Along with the cancer is a vascular dementia, vestibular disorder, and visual problems. I bought in a pair of frames more than a week ago and was told that the lens would be ready for my frames within 7 to 10 business days, which was perfect because I was going out of town in two weeks. When I contacted Visionworks after 7 days they told me that the glasses will not be ready for 14 days now. All in all it was a horrible experience and a great inconvenience.
