Had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience! Asked for help and no one would help me. Went to buy my daughter a pair of eyeglasses and they didn't even measure her face for the lenses, but they submitted the order anyway. We decided to get a refund and they wouldn't give us our money back!
Impossible to get in contact with anyone having to do with the online store. I just needed to change the shipping address for my order and now it is too late. Their website, ordering set up and process after ordering seems out of date by ten years. I will definitely be going to a real eye doctor/using 1800contacts in the future to avoid these unnecessary problems.
This complaint would be 0 if I had the option. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company at 2 different stores. I have filed complaints for both stores. After receiving horrible customer service at one store, I had to go to another store that was willing to help me in my situation. I just want to give a thanks to the staff on Missouri Ave next to ******* in Clearwater, FL. Due to Covid19 my hours have been cut tremendously and funds have been low. Without even asking the staff fixed my broken pair of glasses and repaired my sunshades that were completely broken free of charge and will call me when they arrive (A BRAND NEW PAIR). There are still good people, my family and I have spent hundreds of dollars with Vision Works and I promise you lifetime customers. God Bless.
While contacting the company over 4 weeks to inquire about my daughter's contact lens, I would not obtain a return call. As such, I called and after bring on hold twice for a total of 34:56, I drove up the store location only to be seen by the same personnel walking around the store. When I actually showed her the phone that I was still physically placed on hold, she looked as if she'd been caught lying about being busy. I’ve been going to Visionworks for years. The service is always friendly and professional. My eyeglasses are always finished within 2 hours and they even give free adjustments as needed.

My wife had an appointment on 12/31/2019 (2.30pm) at Vision Works, **** * **** ************** ** ******We reached there for the appointment and got all the pre screening done and the technician handed over the file to the *** ****** ******. I purchased 2 pair of glasses advertised as a 2 for 69.99 and the cost ended up being over $400! I have had them less than a year and the area around the nosepiece was bubbling and eventually the paint around the nosepiece started peeling off!! I keep them in a case and only wear them for driving and the sunglasses pair started doing that in the summer and the regular pair started doing a few months after I bought them. I arrived at their store shortly after 10am when they opened. The manager left for lunch at around 10:30. I mentioned to the man working with me that the manager knew I was having an issue. If she was sincere she would have come over to see if she could help me at all before she left the store. He expected me to wait around for an hour to talk with her. I wanted to see the proof that I was offered the warranty and I rejected it. He couldn’t help me.
I was trying to get my daughters prescription filled here, they could not find me in davis vision so me and my daughter left. Apparently, Davis vision is having an issue showing me as eligible, so until that is resolved they're offering to send over whats called a VOE.
