I PAID FOR EYE EXZAM FOR CONTACTS AND WHEN THE TEMP ONES CAME IN FOR TRIAL THEY THEN SAID THAT MY 14 YR OLD SON HAD TO PUT THEM IN AND TAKE THEM OUT BY HIMSELF.

I ordered new glasses about 2 months ago. After taking them home, I realized the bifocal strip wasn't working - it was too low. They sent them in to be remade, which is when the nightmare began. Had Visionworks from *********** call to ask about my prescription over the phone Friday night 9/25. I was within earshot listening when the sales associate from Northtown made fun of how high my prescription was. This is not the first time I have experienced this from Visionworks Northtown!! Poor customer service. They even gave me the wrong prescription for my eyeglasses. The quality of the pricey frames are not good. I will not be using this company again and do not recommend them to anyone. I rarely post reviews but feel it is an obligation to report and warn others not to waste their money on this company.

The manager of the store took my temperature without my consent. I was not asked she just did it. Did not respect social distancing, stayed very closed to me This happen in September 2020. I believe this company is acting against customer rights of privacy. This last September I went into their facility and I was denied a medical appointment. They dont have a direct manager to solve this issues and I dont wish to do business with them. They dont seem to be careful about door handling desinfeccin . Absolutely very uncareful.

I got defective transition lens, took it back to them the refuse responsibility.Coating stared peeling and showing grazes across both lens within 6 to 8 months. Been getting prescription glasses from them for over 11 years now. Their lack of any form of acknowledging the faulty product is very very distraughtful. I am not the only one with this issue.

You cannot talk to anyone. All calls are sent to an answering center. I have made 2 appointments and neither registered. Waited 3 months for the first and2 months for the second. Im going somewhere else. Incompetent and lousy customer service. Would prefer 0 stars.

I've had the most terrible experience with VisionWorks & will never be a customer again. #1-I had a previous appt-I tried calling to no avail. I tried going on their website & using the "Chat" response-to which my answer was "we can't r appt."! The next day, I received several texts "soory we missed you, pls schdule a new appt!!
