Very disappointed as I was lost in the mall for a couple of minutes. Tried calling for location and a recorded message would not put me through. Finally found the board with store info and had to run to the outside of the mall at the opposite end. Got there at 10:39 stood behind a lady and two kids like 4 to five minutes and receptionist never even looked up because she was on a call. Horrible service at the Visionworks location in Hintington station, **. First of all, nobody answers the phone. I have been on hold over half hour at least 3 times on multiple days. I had an appointment today, 12/13/21 at 12 noon. There was only one eye doctor at this location. My appointment was at 12 noon and tge doctor was still seeing someone from a prior appointment until 12:30 pm. I was very very disappointed in vision works .Yesterday I went to alamo ranch vision works to buy my prescription glasses ,was quoted a price that it would cost me from ****.I She had quoted me ****** as my cost I went back today and brought a coupon of 50% off all glasses ,lens frames .the cost she quoted me yesterday for$69.95 glasses because I am on a limited budget(retired)Any way When I went back today and asked if the upgraded frames was included in the 50% off as was noted on the coupon. she said yes.But then by the t... read more

Horrible customer service. Horrible prices. Worst experience ever with ANY business. They over charged me. Charged my card twice and still haven't refunded me after more than 20 days. I've called many many times and am always passed off to someone else. Will never use them for any reason ever again.

I had an appointment with the doctor in October 2020. After having my eye exam, I was given a prescription for new glasses. The doctor stated that I had an astigmatism. I have had problems with seeing clearly with my new prescription. I went to a new eye dr yesterday and she stated that there wasnt any correction in my glasses for the astigmatism. Never again they put the wrong prescription on my lens all together!! From day 1 an after spending about $300 all together an now think theyre going to beat me out of another $300 to fix it like Wht I look like paying for your f*** up!! I hate I ever even referred my friends to this s*** hole! Like wht eye specialist tell you to just wear your glasses even tho you cant see correctly out of them who does tht ohh so dont matter if you can see or not wear them anyways tht sounds so messed up n so many ways!!! Corporate business practices are horrible. Cancelled my appointment because I didn't "confirm" 48 hours in advance. Problem is that I was not notified by text or email by the "confirming" system. Then they could only fit me in if someone else didn't show up.

I will never go to Visionworks, again. Completely incompetent. Eye exam conducted by technician half-asleep. Worst part, called in advance for a specific pair of sunglass frames. While not in store, was told they could order. Went through checkout and payment, before assistant stated they could not deliver frames as promised, and needed to back out my charges. Now I'm left to make another trip to a qualified optometrist to get frames and lenses. Worst experience, and waste of time.
