Recommendedthe pool area was nice, close to shopping and restaurants
First of all we booked our reservation 2 months in advance but when when we got here they couldn’t find it in their system even with our confirmation number, they ended up charging us a second time and gave us a room with one bed when we originally asked for two. Second, It’s extremely filthy and outdated, the lighting is so dark even having all the lamps on it’s like walking around in a dim room. A hotel should never charge guests for parking in a garage that BELONGS TO THE HOTEL! The rooms are the size of an upscale Motel 6 room. The breakfast was not complimentary and looking for parking was ridiculous even after you paid for it. I'll stick to spending my money at The Embassy Suites!
Nothing rude staff..dirty restroom..out dated..over priced just dirty
I worked there n got fired cause the manager showed me how to take 3 party payments an showed me wrong. I got terminated cause it showed that I should of dropped 5,000 when in reality I should’ve never touched folio. But I did what the manager told me to do. Two weeks after my termination I found out they fired the lady who trained me. Lol there a joke!!!
wasn't a pleasant stay. balcony door would not lock view wasn't that grood
not worth the money at all way over priced, dirty, and in disrepair. Windows were filthy. Purchased a special package that they seemed to keep forgetting about, not to mention we were promised valet parking to be included it was not. Room wasn't cleaned well bed was torn on the edges. Seems like they'd put some of the high cost and fees back into maintenance and repair but that clearly hasn't happened in many years. We stayed in hotel Derek for 13 nights , it was the worst ever!! It took us 50 minutes to check in after a 21 hour flight , because they couldn’t find our booking , the rooms are unclean they never cleaned the room they only change towels . Other than that the rooms are very noisy and when we called to complain they asked to change rooms at 2am !!! The front desk is a mess and extremely rude I have never seen like that before. I will never recommend this hotel . I can’t explain how uncaring the staff are.
