I’m honestly disappointed in how much I spent for this room. Don’t get me wrong, the staff is amazing! But the ‘sky king deluxe’ was NOT worth what we paid. We just basically paid to be on the 14th floor and that’s it. The pool is ridiculously small, no way more than 10 people can fit comfortably, and the elevator was broken the morning we checked out. The first night was good the second night I was awakened by a party going on in the room next to me. They people were very loud! Last night some guest were singing happy birthday at three in the morning in the hallway. I will not be staying here again!
TWO STARS: If you are looking for customer service or a luxury hotel, look elsewhere. The staff needs training on how to communicate with guests in a professional manner, in a way that high end hotels would expect. There is also a lack of communication between staff. We purchased a hotel package that should’ve included parking, champagne, and breakfast.
