Recommendedrelaxing posh atmosphere
Great property and great food. Staff was on point.
Fire alarm at 3:00 am. No one giving any instructions all the guest were lost and did not know when to return to my room. The only fire is Lott’s of dope smoke. I walked down 14 floors. I was told this happened last weekend also. False alarm I know they have video. The worst part they offered no compensation at all only hidden fees. I will not return.
Be prepared to pay the additional hidden fees 30+ parking overnight and 39 room fee is ridiculous.
Always greeted by pleasant and helpful staff. Beyond amazing facilities and accessibility.
First time visting this hotel and my stay was awesome. I will definitely be back or recommend this hotel. The staff was awesome from the time we entered the hotel everyone I came un contact with had great customer sevice skills.
