Once a got over the coolness of my bathroom wallpaper and the hip decor I was disappointed by how filthy my room was. Seriously needs a cleaning and some fresh paint. My tub had hair in it. There was a pice if gum stuck to the room service menu. I tiptoed into the shower cause it was ick, and soon learned that the shower handle was loose and wouldn’t stay on warm, it would slip down to scalding. I moved rooms on night 2, but I didn’t feel like the staff was super apologetic about the issues.
Skip this place. Seriously gone down hill over the years. The place is dirty, worn and the service staff doesn't seem to understand the very basics of hospitality. I'm shocked to see so many positive reviews. I like the location so I'm really hoping a hotel group with more competent management will take over and make it a worthwhile property again.

Plan on spending a lot more than what it costs. Our room was $170 after all the bs taxes n fees, came out to $260. Oh, valet, is $30. So we came here for the Halloween event. Third year in a row. This time it was not put on by the Buzz. It was a total waste of money. Wouldn’t let you back to the room. They told us because people would go to their rooms and drink. Yea!
