Quirky design Fabulous hotel! Terrific service, beautiful room, and good location.
First time at Hotel Derek and was not impressed at all. For what they charge and all the hidden fees when you check in I expected alot more. They should be ashamed of themselves! Bathroom was dirty when we arrived in our room and prices for everything were to high!
Nothing special. We have no complaints about our room. But they do charge alot of fees for stuff that should come with a $300 room. 15$ a day for wifi and 27$ a day to park!!! I called and asked if they charged to use the soap and lotion before I used it because of all the fees....lol
Got charged twice for a room. Food is awful and over priced. Front desk check in is slower than a resort in Cancun. Police were called in my room while I was in the shower and they tried to bust into my room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
the room was nice had a good balcony, the lounge was great drinks were good staff was on point. will definitely be back
