Absolutely worst customer service. The hotel price is fine for everything included. The hotel is nice. The staff super unprofessional and the women who answer the phone are just as equally as horrible in customer service skills. I had an issue with billing and over two weeks later they still haven't fixed my escalation. I call to attempt to get this fixed they refuse to transfer to me to a supervisor manager going on 16 minutes they still have me on hold. Stayed at this hotel for business and had belongings taken from my room. Discussed with the hotel and because I am a young woman they didn't believe me. They supposedly filed a claim with their insurance carrier which was denied after weeks of no contact from the hotel. Would recommend this place be avoided!
OMG so after paying for a safe place to stay for Hurricane Harvey I have received nothing but CRAP sub par service! No one has serviced our room and when they did this Nigerian house keeper came into our room talking CRAP! Eating at Revolve the food was like a meals on wheels plate... I'm already stressed out behind this situation. I'm not here on some FEMA voucher. I'm spending my hard earned money! This is totally unacceptable!! I will NEVER stay on this property again! I feel so insulted
When we arrived we went up to room and first thing the keys did not work. Went back down stairs and waited, after 15 min or so went back up. We arrived in our room and there were used towels in the corner by the windows and a wet used wash cloth in the shower. The air conditioner was terrible, woke up sweating, took a bath the next morning pulled myself up and the handicapp rail I was holding onto pulled right out of the wall and I fell in the tub.
