Fun, contemporary hotel in the heart of the Galleria in Houston Texas Y’all:)
My first time, and for sure not the last time, friendly staff, good location, food position is sow how small but the quality was outstanding. The only problem I may have faced was the housekeeping was not up to the standards of the other services.
This was our first time to stay at the Hotel Derek. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, the decor was great, and we liked the location. We used the valet and shuttle service, and had a great experience. We will definitely stay here again.
hotel is noisy, allowing guests to party at 4 in the morning running around in the halls and making noise. Manager too lazy to come out and talk to guest about complaint. definitely not a 4 star hotel.
