The first night was good the second night I was awakened by a party going on in the room next to me. They people were very loud! Last night some guest were singing happy birthday at three in the morning in the hallway. I will not be staying here again!
TWO STARS: If you are looking for customer service or a luxury hotel, look elsewhere. The staff needs training on how to communicate with guests in a professional manner, in a way that high end hotels would expect. There is also a lack of communication between staff. We purchased a hotel package that should’ve included parking, champagne, and breakfast. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. our covering consists of sheets and a hospital blanket. No refrigerator for your personal drinks or microwave to heat food. Don't judge me cause of my small requests, these items are provided at the Sheraton. And a bottle of water 6.00 dollars. Really Derek.
RecommendedThe rooms have a great retro 70s appearance, even though it is right next to 610, the highway noise is stifled. The bed. The bed was perfect, and that is a huge thing for me to say. They had about 5 different types of pillows on the bed to begin with, but the direction the ac blew from the duct, coupled with the perfect firmness of the bed, made the night awesome. This place is fantastic!! Say no more!! What a treat
Very clean bathroom, beautiful room with nice windows with great views of city. Walking distance to galleria’s making it one of the best places to stay in Houston.
Highly overrated for the price. Rooms are extremely small and you gotta pay for parking.
