Not real big on bashing Hotels, but seriously after several issues I have to say not what I expected. Then one of the staff members asked me what they could do to make my experience during my stay better, but they where not in any position to authorize anything more than giving drink vouchers, which seems to be their common answer to issues that arise along with an “I’m sorry “. Definitely not a cheap hotel to be having this experience. Sorry but it’s the Truth from my experience.
Charged $40 for self parking forced to park on floors 6-10 and the parking garage elevator is out of order sense August if 2018 according to an employee. Not to mention there was insects in our room. The bed was hard as a brick. I will never stay there again.

I come a long way from new York and she made it her job to make me feel comfortable and the drinks are amazing! you deffinatly get wayyy more than what you pay for because of her great personality, great drinks, great conversation and great smile! thank you so much hunny you are appreciated and when I come back from new York I'm deffinatly seeing you ❤
