Hotel needs to be updated parking garage doesn’t look safe
First off let’s start by saying this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my 39 years of life. I planned my daughter’s bday gathering at Hotel Derek which let me mention i don’t feel like this is a kid friendly hotel upon arriving at check-in time there prostitutes & drunk people walking throughout lobby and pool area; pool closed at 8 pm. I have not bad to say about the hotel
No!!!!! Nothing special about this hotel looks like a regular room at any other hotel!!! No housekeeping on the weekends no one to bring fresh towels are straighten up the room like a normal hotel!!! They hold $200 because they have these snacks and drinks priced up in your room!!! I’ve never seen nothing like it!! No fancy bathroom!!! Need to update the rooms and the amenities in the rooms! . Robes had HUGE holes in them, ENTIRE floor smelled ALL night like SKUNK. I woke up with one of the worst headaches of my life because of the smell in the hotel. The room never seemed to cool down and we had the thermostat at 60. Not worth the charge of the rooms at all.
ac didnt work in the first room and then we get moved to another room looking out at a parking garage. the whole purpose of booking a room here was for the so called great views
everything was very nice staff was very pleasant and the rooms and hotel was very clean
the ptoilet in room 1509 wasn't working and the Wifi won't connect.
