Worst hotel ever! We just checked in and are already having problems. First our keys weren't working, they were exchanged. Next our room was dirty...tub and handles dirty, stains on the carpet and also there were soda splash stains on the door. They switched our room, and now the new room has dark spots on the toilet. They also charge you $15 per night to use the pool and wifi..never again will I come here..definitely underrated!
The hotel was nice but 400 bucks for 1 night. Initially the room was 250 but when i checked in it was this fee that fee oh and another fee. I called and talked to someone and they didnt inform me of all the fees until i got to the front desk. So imagine my birthday, its went from sunshine to thunder clouds real quick. The room was very nice for what i needed it for and the staff was very nice. Well they needed to be for all the money people are paying. Looking pass the fees everything else was awesome.
Parking lot is extremely high. Room service need some improvement..the first night i found me a nail in the bed. Coffee had perfume taste. Then my child found a knife she almost cut her self. Front desk was very good beside the check in time it was great..

Absolutely worst customer service. The hotel price is fine for everything included. The hotel is nice. The staff super unprofessional and the women who answer the phone are just as equally as horrible in customer service skills. I had an issue with billing and over two weeks later they still haven't fixed my escalation. I call to attempt to get this fixed they refuse to transfer to me to a supervisor manager going on 16 minutes they still have me on hold.
