I didnt like the fact that I couldn't get enough towels for the 3 of us. When I asked dor extra they gave me 2. Being charged for wifi I had never had that done at another hotel. My room was supposed to be 2 queen beds and I got 2 full beds. Good thing they had a couch in the room. My daughter had 2 rum and cokes and a shot which costs her $50. This place is great during the day at night all I here is dogs. Loud dogs. 100% ridiculous
It was different which I liked but I had to pay for parking when I already paid to stay there..and I'm not talking about valet.. nice layout ..not really pricey.. food good.. bed was comfortable..
Overpriced for no amenities. No microwave that would have been $25 extra. I have been to better for cheaper. Not going back
The place was beautiful, the best service of any place Ive been to and I am used to resorts, I expected a bit more from the room but the view was great and it was clean and comfortable. Great location.
This place went downhill! You can see every corner that was cut. Valet "service" is not true service. You pull up, open your own doors, unload your own bags, and wait for them to hand you a slip and drive off in your car. Sad I had high hopes!
My wife and I live in Dallas and when we were searching for a hotel in Houston we searched on special criteria, A) Pet friendly, this is more important that price to us as our Mini Dachshund has very limited capabilities due to a previous back surgery, so the moment we advised the reservation team they opened their thoughts and hearts and welcomed us ....
