Loved the cow print robes!! � great experience! Also great service! The lady at the front desk was very friendly!
Lovely hotel, nice location however I was disappointed that there was an additional $15 fee added to the quoted rate at checking for "cleaning & amenities". I should have been made aware of that when I inquired about the rate. Rooms were nice but bathroom was small and dated, plumbing was awful! The fabric covered footboard and sideboards were stained 😱. My $125 rate ended up being $196 (includes $37 for parking for 1 night). 3 stars for being a trendy boutique hotel. 2 stars overall.
We booked through Trivago I was told the rate was inclusive of all charges. YEAH RIGHT! At midnight we received our bill, $80 add'l charge on our credit card. I called the desk first thing in the morning. $24 for parking $ 40 bar tab and $15 front desk fee. And you can't buy another screw for the shower curtain not get an elevator that's working for the parking garage. And I parked on the 8th floor. I should of charged them an inconvenience fee! Never again!
Nice hotel for the most part the staff was nice but when I was checked in I was not told that there was $14 service fee just to use the pool, business center, "free shuttle" ! $4.33 for a coke which I was going to replace but the cleaning lady basically charged me when she cleaned the room the first night. A lot of hidden fees like parking valet for $34 and $24 to self park like who Is going to do that? And of course u have to tip them when they help u so much all were very nice for sure.
