I had the privilege to be part of a designer event #pep last night which was hosted at the hotel Derek, amazing staff, outstanding food and beautiful hotel. Wasn't my first time and it won't be my last. Kudos hotel Derek
Valet parking people were very rude, when I would wait for an uber driver they were very nasty to uber driver and of course to the client which is me on two ocations making very nastily hand signals. Also a friend of mine wanted to come over and elevator didn't let her get to the room. Hidden charges at the time of check in. Very bad overall. You don't get the quality treatment for you're pay. It has very nice decor but bad service just no good.
Did not enjoy my visit. The Valet service is $32 but I had to ask them to bring my car to me. They did not bring my things up as I requested. The Fire Alarm went off for hours. There was only one person at the Check In Desk, no one at the Concierge Desk. Not a nice experience. I would NEVER stay there again.
Best Get Away ever, food was excellent, employees excellent, room was excellent, will be returning....
It was my first time staying here. The room was very nice, the bed was unbelievably soft, my view was beautiful, the price was reasonable. I knew about the hold because I used my card to pay for a friends room one time and I'll get my $100 back eventually lol. I did ask that the mini bar be unstocked before I got there and it was not, but that's okay. I would definitely like to try out the balcony rooms.
