The hotel was great. The customer service was amazing. TLC event was off the chain every day.
Wonderful atmosphere! Loved the business meeting. Well lit parking
If I could give less stars I would. There was a rat in my room and my sister and I were both bitten by something. The staff Dontae, Franco, and Diana were very rude and incompetent. When asked for the manager's name, we were lied to and security was called on us, the patrons, for simple questions. I've never experienced such a terrible stay at a hotel and I've never paid to be treated so poorly. I've contacted the management company and hopefully they will resolve our issues.
