Worst place to ever stay! We celebrated our 8 year wedding anniversary here. This place is not OK. First, our room wasn't ready until an hour later! Next, it took three attempts to get our room service breakfast right. Then, the car service is horrible, the driver was very rude! Finally, I mentioned all this to the manager. She stated she would fix it on our incedentals. However, she lied. My card was still charged. This place is a joke. Never staying here again. Even if it was free?!!!!!
Nice hotel.. But Overated, to many hidden fees.. I don't have 50 words to say.. I know I'll never stay here again
Great Hotel!!! Had an awesome weekend!!!! Going forward this is the only place I will stay when I go to the city. Thanks for everything!!!
