So many nice things I could say...from the minute I hobbled(injured back) in the door i was catered to. It was very busy and I was checked on multiple times by the office staff. Offered a snack or drink. Once in a triage style room I was offered a massage, my car was washed. Again i was checked on by nurses and office personal. Once moved into a room I was cared for quickly and efficiently. They brought snacks and drinks for my husband and I. They made sure I wasnt in pain and assured me they'd be there if I needed anything ... read more

We have been 3 times and the care and attention to the details of all symptoms and getting tests run quickly has always been priority!

My first patient experience with HHER was this morning. They were fast, kind, patient, and thorough even with me showing up less than 30 min before their shift change. They had worked all night and still no delays and not a single grumpy face. We are self pay and that was no a problem for them at all. By far the best ER experience I have had as a patient. I'm a former ER nurse and am very impressed.

Brought my husband in to get stitches such a wonderful staff don't think I will ever go to the hospital er for minor emergencies ever again......thank yall!!!

This is the best ER facility in East Texas! The treatment they give you not only as a patient but as a family member is above the norm! Recently took my wife in after a fall. They not only gave her excellent care and attention but also made her feel special. The attention to detail of the facility is off the charts. Anyone else know of an emergency ER that offers not only the patient but the family members FREE massages? Well hospitality Health ER does! Hospitality ER is the best place in town to go for any emergency. I have been there twice in the past few months and was treated like royalty. they are on top of everything. There is no wait. there are many people there to assist, emt, nurse practioner, dr, . they get results as soon as possible. they are promt and thorough. I will recommend this ER to everyone. thank you for helping.

I took my daughter in for a migraine that was very painful and instead of them making us feel silly for coming in for that , they made us feel assured it's better to be safe then sorry . They made it a very stress free visit . The nurses, doctors , radiologist and front office and the security was so very nice and helpful . Just walking in the door made you feel peaceful . They offered free coffee and tea and any kind of snack you can imagine . My daughter was admitted to the hospital and not only did they send flowers but t... read more

I had a fantastic experience! I was camping with my family, away from home when I had to be seen for the second worst gastroenteritis I have ever had. The registration was easy, I was seen super fast, got the treatment I needed from the kindest staff, and we were on our way quickly. In addition, the environment was amazing, and the security guard was wonderful with my very bored two-and-a-half year old. I am an Emergency/Trauma Nurse myself, so great care is important to me. Thank you so much, Hospitality Health ER!
