This was by far the best experience I have ever had in an ER. They were extremely attentive and kind. THEY EVEN GAVE YOU A LITTLE GET WELL GIFT BAG THING!! If I could give this wonderful place a better rating, I would. These kind, caring, professional medical personnel are extremely kind and know exactly what they are doing. I felt like family there and I am so greatful for the spectacular help and hospitality. Thank you Hospitality Health ER.
Our family received the most amazing treatment from your staff last night after a car accident. Words cannot describe how wonderful EVERYONE was. Absolutely top notch people that truly care about you!! Thank you!!
Excellent care, kind and caring staff. I went in feeling weak and defeated. Although they were very busy, they made me feel as if I was the most important person there.
I totally will be back they were very loving and caring and did everything right then
I just like most people don't want or like to go to the doctor or an ER. But, I will tell you of all the medical facilities I have ever been to Hospitality ER is by far the best experience that you can have. Absolutely the kindest staff and most painless process of ANY Emergency Room. Little if any wait at all, they treat you like a person not a head of cattle. They take the time to understand what is happening with total compassion.
Warm, welcoming, and a homey feel. Snacks and beverages in the lobby. Clean and sanitized. As I was waiting to be seen I saw a woman going around cleaning, picking up, and using Lysol to disinfect. It truly feels like a place where they care about the people they see. I felt comfortable and taken care of! They were decorating for Christmas today too... great job guys! Thanks for taking care of me and the rest of your patients!
My family and I have been to this place a couple of times....broken finger....migraines....and we have been very pleased! But after My 4 year old’s daycare called Friday and his hand was SWOLLEN with no explanation as to why I’m hooked! I was very uneasy about taking him to someone other than his pediatrician. Dr. Castro was very thorough and all the staff was AMAZING with him! I highly recommend this place and it will continue to be our go to when our doctor is unavailable!
Thank you for taking care of my daughter!! When we walked in, she already felt some relief, she felt like she was at home being treated. You guys were compassionate and cared about her well being. You didn’t run any unnecessary test, you got to the point!! My daughter enjoyed the massage while waiting for the results!! Thank you again for the pleasant experience!!
i loved it here! the people were so caring and made me feel at home and when i was scared they were so nice and came and massaged me and gave me cookies!
