Hands down the best ER experience I have had. They made me feel comfortable and I felt like my children were in great hands. They took such good care of my daughters and followed up over the next few days to check in on their health.
Great service for my child! The staff was kind and happy. My 6 yr old wrote in her diary about what a great day she had at the hospital getting stitches. Calm, caring staff
This place is top notch....from the employees to the facility to the customer service!! Every employee there had a smile on their face and was eager to help you, with pleasure, in ANY way possible! Went in for possible sinus infection. After several tests and X-rays found to have very low potassium and sinus infection. The staff was excellent. I highly recommend this facility for treatment over any hospital I have ever been. I hope the great service and level of commitment to patients continues here in Longview
This is the most amazing place! You're treated like a person not a paycheck. Everyone goes out of their way to make not only you comfortable but your family members as well. I would recommend this facility over any other er in Longview.
Hospitality ER is the best urgent care facility I have visited. I came in with a knee injury, and from the moment I came to the door, the staff members were so attentive and kind. I was registered, had X-rays, diagnosed, and released all in one hour. I have never experienced such care at any medical facility! They are the absolute BEST!!!!

The name speaks for itself! Extremely hospitable. I was welcomed at reception very warmly, not the usual attitude of "we are too busy to smile and speak nicely to you" and the attitude of "you are interupting my work and inconveniencing me".
