They took such good care of you! The office staff and nursing staff are BY FAR the best around!

Everyone was amazing! This place is amazing! Every single person I interacted with was very kind. Everything from the massage, to the warm blanket, to the gift bag when I left was amazing. After getting x-rays I was in and out in 30-45 minutes. I barely finished filling out the paperwork before I was able to leave! Best ER/healthcare experience I have ever had.
Just wanna say thanks to the caring team of people that took care of me on November 19th! I felt well taken care of and had all questions I asked answered. I never felt like a number in a line of people to anyone there! The follow up call a few days later asking how i was doing was awesome....never have I been called after being in an er :-) All of you were friendly from check in until I was discharged. Thank you!
I went here a year ago and feel like I should say how wonderful the people in this hospital are. Last year I was out in Tyler and had this horrible pain I've never felt so since I was there I went to the er up there but no one would help me so I went back home and tried to sleep it off...about 3 hrs later I had someone rush me to hospitality and they got me in the second I walked through the door. This is the BEST experience with an ER I have ever had.. They were so nice and offered me blankets and hot chocolate. They had great attitudes and I only waited a short time before being seen. Thank you so much, I will definitely come back!
Literally the best customer care I have ever had. Everyone is super helpful. They go above and beyond what they are required to do. I left already feeling better. They make sure you leave better than when you came in!
My son fell and hit his head a few weeks ago. The staff quickly ushered us into a room and constantly were checking on all of us. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we were all comfortable and well taken care of. The facilities were extremely clean. We were in and out in about an hour. I was very impressed with the service we received, and would highly recommend Hospitality ER. Thank you for taking such good care of my son!!!
My son was there today and was blown away by Dr. Kelly . How he took his time talking with him while the nurse put an Iv in his arm . He said mom Dr . Kelly was amazing and his nurse Rocked cause it didn’t hurt at all . They were amazing and so sweet . Great staff all away around from start to finish . �� Thank You all for your time and hard work .
