I haven't felt well for days, I decided I should maybe get checked out. I do not have enough words nor time to accurately describe how AMAZING this place and it's staff is. The service and care was the best I've ever seen or experienced. I would recommend them to anyone.
My husband and I both visited Hospitality Health ER on separate occasions and were very satisfied with the level of care we recieved. Everyone was very accommodating to us and we really enjoyed how nice and friendly the entire staff was. We highly recommend to all our friends and family. We did have one small issue with getting my husband prescription called in, they didn't call it in and so we called up there and they were supposed to and never did again so after 3 separate trips to Walgreens and couple phone calls later we... read more
I finally had to use y'alls services today for my daughter who had an injured foot. Though we never got put in a room, due to how busy it was, and we were there for 2 hours, we were still treated respectful and waited on hand foot.
This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! Totally TOP KNOTCH!!
I couldn't possibly rate them anything less than a five star rating. My son had a high fever and tends to get very stressed and agitated when someone other than his pediatrician has to examine him. They offered him a warm blanket, popcorn, juice and anything else he wanted. They took his temp and immediately started easing his discomfort. His birthday was a few days prior to our visit and while we waited for test results, in came two women with a giant cupcake with a lit candle, singing happy birthday to him! I just like most people don't want or like to go to the doctor or an ER. Of all the medical facilities I have ever been to Hospitality ER is by far the best experience that l have had. Absolutely the kindest staff and most painless process of ANY Emergency Room. They take the time to understand what is happening with total compassion.
