They treated me great and I recommend to everyone. They even sang happy birthday to me a while I was there. Never again will I or my family go anywhere else.
I went yesterday to Hospitality ER because I woke up with 102 fever, chills and the worst headache in the world. Everyone in Longview seems to be sick so yes there was a wait but they did everything they could to make me comfortable. I didn't get a room immediately, I was treated in the hallway but was asked numerous times if I needed anything. This was the most Uncomfortable part because my head was pounding and sitting in that chair wasn't pleasant (I was more comfortable on the couch in the waiting room). From warm blanke... read more

Very impressed! I am not a fan of any kind of Doctors Office or Hospital’s but this is an amazing place. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There’s someone always coming up to you and asking if you need anything. I’m allergic to needles so I don’t plan on coming back(jk) but I would definitely recommend this facility over any place in the area.
excellent care, a little delayed last night due to extremely high volume but the staff was helpful, kind and went way out of their way!
I can't even begin to describe how wonderful this place is. The people are the nicest people ever AND they have snacks and drinks. They even brought us pizza and gave us blankets. They gave my husband the best care he's ever had. I highly recommend this place!!
I went to Hospitality ER because my daughter has had a fever for a couple of days and our pediatrician's office was closed. From the moment we were greeted at the door, to the moment we checked out- it was an incredibly positive experience. I am amazed by how well they took care of us. They went above and beyond making the best out of a bad moment. I am so grateful for how well they took care of my baby. Thank you so much!
These people rock ! There is not much worse than being sick with the flu on Christmas but these guys are AWESOME ! They made me feel better and were professional, kind, caring and fast. I left with a new outlook on my situation!Thank you Hospitality ER Family Merry Christmas !
