On Wednesday, January 3rd I was at my parents house in Longview, Texas. I had placed a hot water pack on my eye which ruptured causing the hot water to go down my face, ear, neck, and back. This emergency room was 5 STARS! As soon as I went in they cleared me a room and the nurses and Dr placed the most top care into my needs. I stayed overnight and the room was very nice, quiet and even accommodated my wife and family. This place treats you like family.
This place is absolutely amazing not only did we get in and out very quickly but they took great care of my son tonight thank you guys so much
Hospitality Health ER provided me with excellent service today! Everybody was very nice & super accommodating and answered all of my questions. I was even given a massage, take home blanket, sandwich, chips, cookies, a butterscotch pumpkin loaf and gift! Thank you, Hospitality Health ER for loving your patients!

My husband and I were first timers and this facility is hands down the best ER care in Longview! The doctors, nurses, and staff are extremely friendly and aim to put the patient first!! Who else offers you food, drinks, free blankets and a gift bag during your visit- no one. Great service from the time we entered the front doors to check out!

I’m just going to say unless you have been here and had the opportunity to see the beyond 5 star Hospitality these folks offer, you probably won’t believe half of these reviews. Unfortunately we have all for the most part become accustom to receiving poor service when we have to go to an ER. That has never been the case on any of our visits here.
