Tonight was my first experience here and it was great. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. I was in and out of there in under an hour and a half. I will always use this place and recommend it to everyone I know.
This place, there are no words to describe how much they go above and beyond for the patients! I was blown away that they give free snacks away, then they go on to give us FREE Jason’s Deli! Then if it couldn’t get any better, a licensed massage therapist came in asking if we wanted a massage for FREE!? Then I got to leave with a free soft blanket and a a bag of goodies! Such a great place! Felt like a vacation hospital!
I don’t know where to even begin. I’ve been fighting 3 different illnesses at one time and have suffered more than I ever have in my entire life...the level of concern and care has meant so much to me and my family! EVERYONE has treated my family and I with so much respect and yes, all of the “extras” are good, but doesn’t compare to the love and care and concern everyone gave us from the front desk all the way the sweet ladies that clean the rooms!!! We had to take my son on Tuesday and everyone was awesome with him. He was scared but left smiling!
(1st visit) Definitely the place to go. Right in right out and saved a ton of money at the visit and they saved me about $75 on prescriptions. (2nd visit) When they say hospitality that’s exactly what they mean. While I was there in about 30 minutes I was asked 3 times if I needed anything to drink, blanket, or just whatever. A beautiful young lady came in and gave me a free neck and shoulder massage and it was amazing. Then dr came in and gave me two more prescriptions and none of this cost one single dime. I’ve been in twice in the last week. Once for my son and then again for my husband and myself. Both times the quality of care was excellent! Best medical care I’ve ever experienced. They definitely live up to the name “Hospitality”. So very thankful for the wonderful staff and the fantastic medical care they provided for my family. I will definitely use them from here on out for all emergency room needs!!
I was in alot of pain when I went. The entire staff was wonderful! I didn't have to wait long to see a doctor.
