My daughter started a sudden fever on Saturday. They had us back and meds within 15 min. She had ear infections and was nauseous. She has chronic ear infections and the medicine she needed was ridiculously high in cost. They did everything they could even a day after her care to make sure my baby got what she needed. What healthcare should be!!! The entire staff was courteous, professional, attentive, & kept me informed during my visit there. They set up the referrals like they said they would, & I received a follow up call a few days later. Great experience!!
Awesome service and super nice staff! Would definitely recommend to anyone! The Longview, Texas ER was super clean and had a great atmosphere!
I was in town visiting and I had to go to Hospitality Health. I ended up behind there for 13hrs. They had moved me to observation room gave me PJs and slippers to be sure I was comfy. They also offered me a charger so I could keep in touch with family. They were very kind and very concerned. I had several people checking on me all thru the night. Super friendly & caring staff! Very speedy too. This will be the only ER i go to from now on.
I was here today and it was the best service ever!! Everyone was so nice and polite. They make you feel very comfortable. They took care of my issue in a very timely manner.. will recommend them to all my friends and family!!
