Today was my first time to visit this place. This ER is awesome! The staff is so polite from the time you walk in until you leave. They have all kinds of snacks and drinks. Their lobby looks more like a living room which makes you feel more at home. Since this was my first visit I was given a blanket. Then their massage therapist came in to give me a neck and shoulder massage. When leaving I was given a gift bag as well. We don't have any type of place like this where I live at all. JEREMY (PARAMEDIC) & LACY (NURSE) made our visit so pleasant.. I’ve NEVER seen a place that has SO MANY NICE PEOPLE!!!! This is an UNREAL EXPERIENCE.. frfr.. IF YOU EVER NEED TO BE TREATED RITE, COME HERE FOR YOURSELF, YOUR LOVED ONE, OR HELL JUST COME JUST BCUZ.. it’s that GREAT!!! The Doctors,nurses and the entire staff are very friendly and attentive,they treat you like your an important guest instead of just a number like most hospitals.I would recommend them to anyone.
All I can say is wow!!! This place is amazing!! Made sure I was comfortable, gave me a blanket, massage, and a gift for just coming in! Everyone who works there is super nice!! Definitely worth going!!!
Always nice & the ppl there want to help you they aren't just doing it for a paycheck. I'm here now and I feel very well taken care of & this is the second time this week I've had to come in.
My family always goes here when we have an emergency. They have the friendliest staff that make you feel like family. The doctors are on point and explain everything that's going on with you. We always feel better leaving than coming in. I stayed overnight and they fed me IHOP for breakfast. They also gave me an overnight bag with pajamas, toothpaste, toothbrush and etc. And we didn't even have to wait when we got there. Keep up the outstanding work Hospitality ER!
This place is awesome and what businesses should try and model their customer service towards. They are always trying to comfort every Patient that walks in, and do follow of calls frequently to check on you until you’ve progressed. There was one lady in particular, Sandy, who was SUPER helpful and comforting while waiting for assistance. Staff like this is why this place will TAKEOVER as East Texas BEST ER/hospital.
