I brought my 4 month old daughter here when she was sick and the whole staff was great! I felt like she was in great hands. They were very friendly but still professional, and were very thorough in their testing and caring for her!

1am trip to HHER a week ago. Everyone i came in contact with was extremely professional, yet personable, from the young lady at the front desk, to the guy who took me back to the room to get things started, the three great ladies who came in for various testing, to the doctor who treated me. You cannot ask for better service than what i received there. Was sent to the hospital for a procedure. They already set everything up. All i had to do was show up and get started. Thank You Hospitality ER Longview TX. 2 days before my BDay, I had to go to ER for first time. Very friendly and shift. Received a better BDay at ER than at home, lol. Cake, singing....very nice.
Hospitality ER is amazing not only do they take care of the patient but their family as well. The whole staff are very attentive and very helpful. They took care of my hubby today. Thank you for all you do Hospitality ER
Thank you to everyone who was working this morning for making me feel so much better. Well... in the future. A month of coughing and I had no idea I could truly be walking around with walking pneumonia. I appreciate that y'all didn't make me feel stupid for coming in for a cough. (That was really my concern) y'all asked me today who my primary care physician was. In the future is it ok to answer that question with Hospitality Health ER? Y'all are pretty much the best health care facility on Longview.
