Yesterday was our first visit to Hospitality Health ER in Tyler. I dont know that I will ever visit another ER. The level of care that was provided from the time we walked in the door to the time we checked out was above and beyond what we had ever experienced from a emergency facility. I cannot say enough about HOSPITALITY HEALTH ER. They are exactly what they say they are.
This is by far THE most amazing ER I have ever been to! I went to Longview Regional last night due to getting kicked by my sisters horse in the arm and hip on Sunday, and I was not pleased at all! My pain and swelling had increased significantly over the night so my family doctor referred us to Hospitality ER. When we got there I was in awe with how beautiful the place was! I have had to go to this ER, 2 times this month. Clean great Dr's, nurses all the Staff are extremely nice. Highly recommend this ER. Hopefully I will not be back except to visit the Staff.
Went there yesterday scared and in pain, they are so great , got me the meds I needed they were so very very explanatory and all the test from A to Z to make sure I was perfect before I left. My daughter who is 2 was with me and was so sweet with her! This place makes you feel like your not in hospital with getting beyond the care of an er! Thanks guys !!!
