I had to go to the ER after dehydration caused complications after surgery. This was my first time ever going to an ER for myself and I will never go anywhere else again. They quickly diagnosed the issues I had and started me on a course of meds to get me on the path to feeling better. The people at the Longview location were the nicest people ever!! I love this facility. Many times myself and family have had to be seen here. Most recently my husband. Although , a visit that could have been looked at as bad was not. Dr.Kelly, Dr.Badger, Michael, and Jill made sure to get him back re-evaluate and shipped out. When they do a direct admit it is not like they are shipping you out because that is not it when Dr.Archer got off he came and brought us a survival kit and stayed and visited with us and answered questions we had about what the other doctor was saying. My daughter had an accident and we had to go have her foot x-rayed and looked at. Hospitality ER catered to our every need and my girl, who hates to go to the doctor, smiled the entire time she was there. They more than met our needs. We will definitely use this place for future urgent care needs!
I had gone there by myself. They gave me a pain pill and told me not to drive. I just live across the street so the valet guy drove me home and walked back. Now that is what I call HOSPITALITY! Thank y’all so much for your care!
RecommendedIt’s been awhile since we last visited (thank goodness), but I am beyond thankful for Hospitality Health ER. We took our oldest daughter here last fall, in the middle of the night, and I simply cannot say enough good things about the staff and doctors. We all left in a much better state than when we arrived. They even gave my daughter a doll to play with to take her mind off of everything that was going on. We had to bring our 9 month old daughter in who is a former 28 weeker preemie, with breathing issues. They immediately took ever precaution they needed for her and acted very aggressively to prevent her pneumonia from getting worse. The nurses were all so cautious and caring while giving her an iv on her tiny veins. They Called the hospital in dallas to send there transport team for our daughter to be admitted to medical city in dallas. Best place ever! We have made 2 visits in 2 weeks for different illmesses with my daughter. Everyone was so friendly and caring. They took the time to listen and treat us well. Will most definitely come back for all illnesses. Thank you so much for helping my daughter feel better and making our visit easy!
