Made a painful experience almost painless. I was treated like family and was in and out and home before I knew it. I went in for a bruised toe which i thought could be broke, but wasn't. After x-rays and exam the Dr. assured me that it wasn't broken and told me to go home keep it elevated and ice my toe down and in a couple of days should be good to go. Unexpected evening after work. Staff was more than accommodating. Knowledgeable, professional, and courteous only begin to tell you how amazing both Carly and Jeremy were. The entire team from check in to discharge were top notch. We enjoyed the friendliness and attention to detail. Thank you again for providing excellent care.
We have been to hospitality quite a few times for numerous reasons. They are always so friendly!! My 5 year old busted her chin open and i was so worried how she would do! They were AMAZING with her... she never even realized they were fixing it! She now plays hospitality at home. I love watching her take care of her babies, bring them snacks, give them a massage and keep them warm with blankets. So cute!
During a recent visit with our son all the staff were very helpful and very nice.
Over a week ago, I had to visit Hospitality ER in Galveston, and then again today here in Longview. They have EXCELLENT customer service, and are always so quick to get you in and out. Thank you Hospitality ER!!!
