Very friendly staff. � No wait time and I was treated quickly.
RecommendedEverything. My husband recently had to stay overnight there and they were absolutely amazing there. Thank you everyone at Hospitality ER. The only thing we are not happy about is that we found out that Champion EMS will not bring us there in the event that we have to be transported by ambulance. That's a terrible shame.
Thank you to the staff of Hospitality Health ER for making an awkward situation bearable. My husband is grateful for the considerate care he received yesterday. I would highly recommend this ER!
I am currently staying in an observation room over night, and I just have to say that this is by far the best ER experience I have ever had. and I have had a lot. every person I have met from nurses, Doctors, and other staff, have been so sweet and helpful. they are very informative of what they will be doing, medications being given, checking on me often, making sure i’m 110% comfortable, just amazing. oh, and I love the “party cats” pj’s that they gave me. they truly make you feel as close to home as you can get when stayi... read more
Sitting here with my daughter and she says "why are they so nice?" I said "hospitality is right in their name." Her response was "I didn't know what hospitality was till I came here."
VERY VERY pleased with HospitalityER. I have never been so pleased with any medical facility, doctors, lab techs, nursing etc. They all were very nice & genuinely concerned about me! & I wasn’t there all day/night. I HIGHLY recommend them ❣️ Thank You God 🙌🏽 Now I’m home resting 🙏🏽
This place is like NO other ER I’ve ever been to. The wait time is minimal, I don’t even think I waited 2 minutes in the beautiful waiting room! The staff is so welcoming, friendly, thorough and accommodating! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My mom and son got massages while I was getting x-rays done. The ER IS CLEAN!! From the snacks, drinks, candy, the warm blankets, the gift bag you receive when you leave, A1 treatment, I will never go to another ER!
The entire staff here has always went beyond greatness to serve and do a job well done. Very professional. Nice atmosphere.
The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful!!!! i've never been in an more peaceful place, that helped to take your mind off the issue at hand. i'll recommend this place to ANYBODY, ANYWHERE AT ANYTIME!!!! THANK YOU ALL SOOOOO VERY MUCH FOR TAKING CARE OF ME AND MY HUSBAND, THAT WAS RIGHT BY MY SIDE!!!!
