RecommendedEveryone is so nice! The observation rooms are beautiful. They got me BJs for dinner, and gave me a goodie bag with nice PJs to put on. Wonderful staff!
Absolutely had the best experience here. They took wonderful of my son. I would recommend them to anyone. Fast and over the top friendly. I have never experienced an ER like the Hospitality ER. Thumbs up y’all are the best.

This place is amazing. I went this past weekend and the hospitality as well as professionalism of each employee was outstanding. I personally hate going to doctors. I have been here twice and I can't imagine going anywhere else. They are everything a medical facility should be: caring, concerned, kind, gentle, prompt, and so on. Short wait time and friendly people.
Would recommend this ER above all other ERs. There are no words sufficient enough to review this ER but I will try. Such phenomenal care from each and every staff member we came in contact with. My little sister went in and they caught her blood clots in her legs and lungs. They showed so much compassion and made the transition to Children’s hospital as smooth as could be. They packed some food for the ambulance ride and then once in the ICU here, they sent a teddy bear and balloons to my sister’s room. She is still getting ... read more
The staff was amazing! After my klutz moment this weekend I came limping in tonight to get my knee checked out. Everyone was so kind and not treated like a number. Thank you so much!!!
Staff was super friendly and attentive of my issues no matter how busy they were. I willl return the next time I have a medical issue.
I absolutely LOVE Hospitality ER!!! You get the best care ever. Everyone is so caring. from the receptionist to the cleaning crew. I hate going to the doctor but in case of an emergency, I would never go anywhere else!!
