Best experience I’ve ever had at an emergency room! My child was so cranky and the staff here was so nice about it. Tried to play with her to calm her. Defiantly not your typical ER these people were trained on a military base on how to handle children 😂😂 I don’t know what kind of training they have to go through to get a job at this place but from the moment you walk through the doors at this place you’re greeted with a smile. I would give them 10 stars if I could! Fast, and I got some much needed answers, I couldn't get from my primary physician since January. Sent me home by uber since I was knocked out. I'm never going any place else.
The service was WONDERFUL I didn’t wait long time to the staff take care of me everybody there is so kind and helpful I’m really appreciate the way make me feel 👍🏻 Like HOME ❤️ I’m highly recommending the HHER services.
We highly recommend Hospitality Health Er in Longview. Sandy Patterson stopped by and brought us a couple gifts. She was very caring and sweet. The entire staff was very professional.
The bedside manner and attentiveness to your needs as a patient are unmatched. These folks care about what they do and you are not just a number. The owners have really figured out how to operated the way “healthcare should run”. Thank you!
I LOVE this place!! Saved my little sisters life and sure helped my older Sister today, very friendly staff, thorough as can be, answers all questions, many caring people, clean facility and awesome refreshments and good looking doctors and other staff lol really pleased with visits , I really have too much to say and said too much already oops but you get the point right? it's really unbelievably awesome . This was by far the best experience I have ever had with the medical community!!! My daughter, who had an ear infection, bronchitis, sore throat, etc., and I were treated with impressive congeniality, care and concern, active listening, compassion, and speedy service full of integrity. They made us comfortable from the moment we checked in to the moment of departure. We had the unfortunate need to visit today. Never good to have to go to an ER. BUT I cannot speak highly enough of this place. We visited for our 2 year old son being sick. We were blown away by the politeness and CARING attitude of ALL the staff. There is no way to single individuals out because they were all awesome. Two thumbs up from me! Thank y’all for helping our son today!
