I don't go anywhere else it's always a great experience expecialy when u don't feel well. I had a virus and was extremely sick. My stomach is still nauseous but it's better than it was. I have brought my kids here before and had great experiences!!! I had to come for myself yesterday afternoon, they addressed my concerns and the unbearable pain I was having in my knee and leg. Everyone was great from check in, the doctor and nurses ( especially Justin) the hospitality assistant and check out!! I finally got some relief from the pain. They really are compassionate and help take care of your immediate needs!! Recommend them to everyone!!!
From the minute I walked in the door I felt like I was treated with the utmost respect. my nurse was very sweet and listened to every thing I had to say. Even left with a goodie bad full of stuff I was prescribed a pretty expensive medication that our insurance dosent cover I guess so i called and asked for a generic. By virtue of just having to go to an ER, any ER, I can't say I loved it. Lol. But let me say that both times I had to go Hospitality Health, they treated me as if I was the only patient there. They got me back to a room in less than 10 minutes and were "on it." The doctor came to my room within 15 minutes and in short order, I was being given the necessary IVs and pertinent care. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Hospitality ER for their amazing professionalism and prompt attention to my daughter when we arrived at their facility last night. From arrival to departure they were very attentive and worked fast to get my daughter relief. I will not go any place else for our emergency medical needs and I encourage anyone who has medical health insurance to see them, they will take excellent care of you!
