Although it’s super busy, everyone here is super attentive!
This place was accomidating. They made sure you felt like you were at home and I love how you had such a private room. Sounds cray but the meds can make you so so cold. And they had a heater to put under your blanket. Each room has snacks and drinks which was very nice on a stomach ache and having your husband sitting there with you for 5 hours. The doctors and nurse were very sweet. I hope to not go back soon... But I will be choosing them again if I get sick.
I visited this ER and will use it again. The staff was amazing and understanding. The tests that were requested was done in prompt time. Although the front desk informed the ER was busy, I was back in a room and seen a doctor with in 30 minutes. I was checked on about every 10 to 15 minutes by a massage person, nurses, and the patient advocate lady. It is great to have a place you can be at easy during an emergency and access to drinks. I notice this company have 2 other locations, Galveston Texas and Tyler Texas.

I don't know where to start. Snacks and drinks. Shoulder massages. Blankets to take home. Lunch from Jucy's, McAlister's Deli, and somewhere else that I can't remember. Gift bags with organic goodies. FRIENDLY and fast service. I hope we don't have another emergency, but if we do, we'll be going back to Hospitality ER. AND we BOTH were checked out, X-rayed, blood tests done in a little over 2 hours! Thank you for your friendly, competent, and concerned staff. They are great!
Went for the first time last night and it was such a great experience. They treat you like you should be treated when you’re not feeling well. Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely be using Hospitality again for my family and myself if the need arises.
I cannot like this place enough. The staff here is so nice and helpful. I It stinks they only take certain insurance but that's okay. They are so willing to help and explain everything to you in detail.
I have had good experiences in the past. but went with my daughter there on Saturday. they were very busy. but thats normal. we didnt get a room. they saw us in the hall. they dr came to see her and never touched her. brushed off our concerns. they did give her a RX. Went to dr today for same problem. they misdiagnosed my daughter gave wrong meds to her. now we spent the day at the dr getting x rays and talk of admitting her to the hospital. i do not feel they did there job in helping us. you go to the dr for answers and hel... read more
