I came in at a time the ER was extremely busy and had no more available rooms. Still, they started assisting me on the couch and waisted no time. They got me in a room as soon as one cleared, and they regularly checked in to make sure I was doing ok. They not only asked if I needed anything, but also the guests who were there with me. We had our first experience with hospitality ER yesterday. We were there for several hours with our 4 year old. They were able to use nitrous oxide (happy gas) to put him more at ease for his IV. We were asked several times during our visit if we needed anything- drinks, snacks, massages. Our son was so excited to get superhero gifts from them. Thank you for a positive experience.
