Amazing customer service and care. This place goes above and beyond for their patients to make sure they get well and see improvement in their health. I will recommend to everyone that’s comes my way. I went there today and was absolutely astonished by the care they provided. Thankyou so much for helping me get better.

My husband tried to be seen here but was basically turned away. He had an abscess tooth that had the whole right side of his face swollen and right eye almost swollen shut. He needed to be seen and given a prescription for antibiotics. We are a low income family and was told they had to be given $350 up front to even be seen. What kind of emergency room requires money up front when an abscess like that can kill you without treatment?

I work for this amazing company and I also am a business owner myself. Earlier this week I had to work my business and my husband had to take our three year old to hospitality health ER. He had been fighting a URI all week and was diagnosed with RSV. The staff at hospitality cared for my family like they were their family. People were very nice! Stayed in the hall for 3hrs where they ran test ! Never got into an actual room. People that came after were given rooms! Not sure if it’s because no insurance (paid cash in full) had anything to do with it! Never saw a Dr not sure they really had any. All I’ve heard were good things about this place. Was very disappointed!

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Super nice, super friendly and the very best part is there are NO what seems like endless wait times. Sign in and see a doctor, that’s it. A pleasant experience all the way around.

Last night my husband had to take an unexpected trip to the er. We decided to go to your facility and could not have made a better choice. From the front desk staff, nurses and Dr’s everyone took exceptional care of us with a smile on their faces. But I would like to give a personal THANK YOU to Sandy on your costumer care team. Absolutely can not say enough about Hospitality ER. They took such great care of me and made sure my husband was taken care of while he was with me. The nurses, techs, and doctors are always so kind and make you feel as if you are their only patient. I recommend HHR to everyone I know.
